Box Office Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 12.30pm (except Bank Holidays) and Saturday stated below.
Saturday 24th June: 10am – 1pm

Friends & Donors Online Bookings

From Monday 24th April. Access is via the Beaminster Festival website www.beaminsterfestival.com
To book you will require the unique code that has been sent to you either on your subscription card or by letter.
Tickets will be posted by the Box Office staff on the next working day.

Friends & Donors Postal Bookings

The Box Office will process POSTAL bookings ONLY from Friends of Beaminster Festival and Donors the week commencing 1st May.
Booking forms should be posted to the above address.
Postal bookings will be dealt with in order of receipt.
There is NO booking fee for this service.

Friends & Donors Personal Bookings

Thursday 4th May – Friday 5th May: The Box Office will be open for the Friends of Beaminster Festival and Donors only.

General Public

From Monday 8th May the General Public will be able to book tickets.
A fee of £3 is payable unless you attend the Box Office in person.

Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking.
Credit/debit card bookings can be taken over the telephone. A fee of £3.00 is payable for this service.

Payment

Payment is by Debit/Credit card. See booking form for details. A fee of £3 is charged for all bookings, other than current Friends of Beaminster Festival, Donors or those attending the Box Office in person. Please add this charge in the appropriate box of the booking form otherwise there may be a delay in processing your order.

Tickets

Tickets that have been booked will be posted to clients. Tickets cannot be held in the Box Office for collection.
Unless stated on the website or box office telephone, tickets will be available at all the venues. At present we are only able to accept cash for these tickets. There are 2 cash machines in the town.

Refunds

In normal circumstances, we do not give refunds. Any requests for refunds will only be processed at the Box Office during opening hours and not at concert venues.

Disabled Access

Please inform staff at the Box Office if you require help due to disability to access any of the venues used for the Festival.
No dogs will be admitted to Festival venues except recognised Assistance Dogs.
Disability access to St Mary’s is via a lift from Church Street.
There are limited car parking spaces in the square for those with disabled parking permits.
A hearing loop is available at St Mary’s Church.
