Donations and Sponsorships

As a charity the Festival would not function without the generous support of individuals, businesses and organisations. Their contributions help us to consistently book artists of the highest quality and make the Festival a wonderful celebration of music, theatre, literature and art.

Thanks to our loyal Sponsors and Donors we were able to bring an exciting festival in the summer of 2023 and move with confidence towards maintaining the high quality of performance for the 2024 Festival.

 

DONATIONS

Donations of any amount at all are very much appreciated.

  • Benefits include priority booking for all levels and complimentary tickets for Silver and above for the event of your choice.
  • Platinum Donors – Donations exceeding £1500 – 6 Complimentary Tickets
  • Gold Donors – Donations from £500 – £1499 – 4 Complimentary Tickets
  • Silver Donors – Donations from £250 – £499 – 2 Complimentary Tickets
  • Bronze Donors – Donations up to £249

 SPONSORSHIP

  • The opportunity to sponsor specific events is available. There is a minimum of £500 per Sponsor (but we can allow two sponsors of £250 to join in sponsorship in certain circumstances). We may require more than one Sponsor to support some of the events.
  • The benefits that we offer Sponsors are the same as for Donors, but seats on the front row are reserved for Sponsors if desired.
  • We are delighted to put all the names of the Sponsors and Donors in the 2023 Brochure unless anonymity is requested, with Sponsors listed under ‘their’ event. Donors and Sponsors must let us know their intentions to support us by February 28th in order to be included in the Brochure.

PRIORITY BOOKING TIMETABLE FOR 2024

  • Platinum and Gold Sponsors, Donors and Trustees – From Monday 25 March 2024
  • Silver Sponsors, Donors and Committee – From Thursday 28 March 2024
  • Bronze Donors and Friends – From Tuesday 2 April 2024
  • General Booking – From Monday 8 April 2024

The Priority Code for each band will be emailed to each group before their booking period opens.
