PMac Productions  and bigupnorth present this unique double-bill, in which two actor -writers take on big issues in their own one-person plays.

Nancy’s Orange is inspired by Grace Kirby’s experience delivering NHS prescriptions to patients in the wilds of Cumbria learning of lives richly lived through stories of love, loss, sadness, and joy, infused with poetry and humour.

Peter Macqueen (who brought us Old Herbaceous and Scrooge on previous visits) explores his great passion for butterflies and moths in The Butterfly Collector. Meet a man perched on a tower of furniture having a picnic as the flood water rises and he reflects on the devastating effect climate change has had on his beloved butterflies and moths.   Again a big issue but gentle humour never far away.

We are very short of live theatre in Beaminster so don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy an evening of pure pleasure!
