Pre Coffee Concerts
It has become a strong tradition that we invite local young people or amateur adult musicians to take the stage and perform for an appreciative audience every day just before the main Coffee Concerts. Come along at 10.30am, have a cup of coffee and enjoy a free performance by one of our local schools which start about 10.45am. They are all very different – and all deserve our enthusiastic applause! Parents are welcome to watch their children free.
Sometimes they also have to chance to get up close to a professional musician – they’ll never forget hearing so many notes played so fast!!
Antonina Suhanova, pianist, said she was more nervous here than in her own concert!!
